So, we decided to take it a step further and not just post the list that the fashion designers and editors are chatting and scrambling to get… but we’re showing you our editor picks that we think you’ll enjoy inviting into your closet for Fall, and into Winter. We’ve broken the buzz down into bite size pieces, so you can take these trends, match them with your silhouette and fashion lifestyle….and slay your personal look this Fall.
Colors – Are loud, bold and bright this season. The designers must be trying to wake us up out of our pandemic slumber. We think you’re going to love adding them to your sporty wardrobe capsule, or any of your capsules, even as an accent color to let everyone know you’re here to play. Don’t worry, we’re not leaving you hanging…the editors pick for the two most wearable colors this fall are Pink and Green…and we’re predicting you’ll start seeing them everywhere. Luckily for most of us, both Pink and Green can be neutral, and are easy colors to warm up and cool down….

Black – we feel silly even listing this as a fall trend color…really friends, when is Black not on trend!?!. We have a hard time NOT wearing this color… every-single-day of the year! lol!
Fabric – The fabrics we’ll be seeing a lot of this fall are metallics, sequins, lace, suede, pleather, transparent and cut-outs.
Fabrics are a great tool to be used to balance your silhouette, just like using light and dark colors. Fabric can reflect light and can also weight and unweight proportions of your silhouette. Denim – Isn’t denim a fabric? Well, yes it is, but it’s so much more! Midi Dresses – Midi wrap dresses are one of the MOST versatile and wearable styles you’ll ever own AND can be worn by all body shapes and silhouette’s! Trust us, even if dresses aren’t your jam, you should invest in at least one solid black midi-wrap in a medium weight fabric…we’re telling you…it will become one of the best go-to items in your closet.

Jackets – We are happy to report that jackets, coats and blazers will be big statement pieces this season.
